Had to wait twenty minutes to have our drink order taken. Another ten for drinks. Another ten for food order. Another thirty for food. By the time we got our food (which was salty) we had to leave. So we ate our $77 of food cold. Manager did nothing to rectify it but apologize. Very disappointing to say the least. Horrible service. Disorganized. This was WITH a reservation. Will not go back.

The staff needs to clean up their appearances hair is all over the place and in kept and the staff doesn’t know what their soup of the day is and work on etiquette

Two out of three…. …ain’t too bad but they should do better. Had a dinner with their salmon, food and service was good. Then a lunch with their burger that was also good. But my last dinner there (and it may be my last) was a somewhat gristly overpriced ribeye and with indifferent service. Really, for the prices they charge, everything should be excellent and beyond reproach. Not the case the third time for me.

Beautiful atmosphere, attentive waitstaff, immaculate are just a few words I can use to describe redfields. Wine selection very nice, Estancia was a nice California blend to try. I loved the basic seasoning on the chicken satay but the peanut sauce was to thick to be considered a sauce more like , well…peanut butter in consistency. Salad was yummy and mg daughter had parpadelle with vegetables and Rosemary chicken. She loved it Btw breakfast buffet was good too

Lobster bisque, crab cake. Everything about this restaurant is good, except the entrees. Upscale decor, great wait staff, easy parking. However, the food did live up to expectations. The mushroom strudle entree was bland on the inside and drenched on the outside with balsamic vinegar. Balsamic vinegar is fine as an accent, but not especially tasty when poured on like chocolate syrup. The sauteed spinach was poorly prepared…undercooked with a tablespoon of undercooked minced garlic…not very tasty. I do have to say the appetizers were good although the arugula garnish looked a day too old to serve. Service was excellent. I would give it another try and perhaps try something on the menu not so adventuresome.
