Respond to the i ordered online. This is the owner of sicilianos, First if u herd that are food was terrible then why did u order. Our food is always fresh made nothing out of a box and that why u placed your order to begin with. YOU knew the food was good so because u gave the wrong address and u also did not answer your phone the 6 times u were called that your fault not ours,You also never called back that night to even ask about your order. You called 2 days later after u were told you would not get a credit. The company that runs that website also called u and u did not pick up and u did not give them the correct address either. So u write a bad review saying u herd food was bad but yet u placed an order. So time to get a life and im sure u have done this to more then one pizza shop in your day but its all good because we have a 99.9 percent satisfaction rate. Must be a reason why and by the way 80 percent of our business is online and they all got their food but that because they gave the right address and phone number. Thanks One more thing im the owner and u never called and cus had u called and if u were only 4 block u would have gotten ur food .
Total waste of time and money. Recently I ordered a medium pizza and wings from there using an online ordering service. I left specific instructions on where to park and what number to call once the delivery arrived. (Keep in mind I live 4 blocks away on the same street.) The food never came and after 1.5 hours of waiting I called…no answer. So I contacted the ordering service the next day requesting a refund and they promptly got back to me explaining that they are refusing to refund my money because they cooked the food and delivered it and after several attempts to reach me and voicemails left, they gave up. Needless to say they are FOS and im out 20 bucks. I never got a single phone call…but ive heard the foods terrible anyway so i imagine they will be closing up shop soon enough. Dont order from there.
