Delicious pastries, biscotti, hot roast beef sandwiches on toasty bread. It’s usually packed, the staff have always been pleasant. My favorite item are the black and whites. So good!!
Terrible. Great food BUT HORRIBLE SERVICE! The last 5 times I have gone in the place the people are rude and dont even think about requesting something a little bit diff. THey Complain right to you. And then make fun of your order while you are waiting. They need a HUGE staff change. I have been a loyal customer for years. I use to be a twice a week customer but the last couple of years the service has been horrible. I dont live in the area anymore so it is a bit of a trip for me to go there. I didnt mind making the effort before. I go other places now more often than not. Just not worth the Snotty help
