  Good.. I am not huge sub fan, so when my sister and I pulled up outside this store with her claiming I am about to love my lunch, I wasn’t exactly jumping with excitement. Fast forward to post meal, I love this place. I love their history and their dedication to their story. They’re good subs, absolutely delicious (if you pick right i.e. don’t get the Turkey Cranberry, ever) and that’s a lot coming from me.

  Don’t waste your time.. Man taking the order was very unfriendly. Never smiled or said thank you. I ordered a turkey bacon, when I got home and started to eat it I realized the bacon was not cooked. The bacon went in the trash and shortly after the rest of the sub followed. It was drenched in some kind of sauce and the lettuce and tomato were wilted. Will not be going back.

  Delicious!. I had the turkey cranberry and loved it so much I bought one to-go to enjoy for dinner. My husband loved it as well and opted to buy a bottle of their hot sauce to take home. Great location ~ grab a sub before running your errands in Latham.

  I enjoyed the medium size firehouse Steamer I purchased. The sub had ample toppings and was tasty. I went opening day and the staff had their act together. My first impression after opening the sub was…Where’s the rest??? Calling this sub a medium is a joke and at nearly seven bucks these subs are WAY too small. This is the SMALLEST sub I’ve ever purchased without asking for a half sized sub. If you order a medium understand you are getting a 7 inch sub. Considering there’s a Di’Bellas Subs right around the corner and their medium subs feed me and my 16 year old son all I can say is what you pay for at Firehouse lacks in comparison to it’s competition. Like I said I said I enjoyed the sub, it’s just not worth the price of admission. You will LITERALLY be surprised at how little you get for the price.27 Aug, 2014FIRST timer to firehouse. The staff was very friendly. I went on opening night so I won’t critique the staff, although they were polite and knowledgeable. I ordered the Steamer, medium size. It was delicious but at nearly 7 bucks the medium is way too small. Reminded me of a grocery store premade sub. With places like DiBellas right around the corner , with the exception of the variety firehouse offers, it just isn’t economically smart. A medium at DiBellas feeds me and my 16 year old son. I’ll be back to firehouse, it was tasty just WAY too small
