Salted Salt Salty. Breadsticks till you can’t take anymore. WOW How much sodium is in this food? I honestly can’t even recommend it even if you’re on a tight budget. Just terrible. If you like Red Lobster for seafood then the Olive Garden’s got you covered for Italian.
I don’t hate the food at Olive Garden, I just hate everyone there.
Salt, Salt and More Salt. Tried the soffatelli and chicken. It tasted fine but if you are trying to limit your salt intake, stay away from the heavy cream sauces with lots of cheese. The salt content is incredible. Although I like the food I may not go back because of this.
Four words. NEVER ENDING PASTA BOWL. Other than that, I don’t find it worth my time. The pasta is delicious. I would not ever order the fried calamari again. It was over salted and just disgusting. I did have he gorgonzola pasta. Delicious. The waitstaff there is usually very nice, but the last time I went there the middle aged woman was over sensitive to my confidence and zest for the olive garden. She apparently wasn’t crazy about the food and was just there for the buck. Same thing with the manager, although he would correct any action you needed (I did once). I thought my sea food was over cooked. I just hope he didn’t spit in the food.
It’s an Olive Garden.. Every Olive Garden I’ve been to has been exactly the same, including this one. Expect long waits if you show up after 5 pm on weekend nights. The chairs are wheeled and so big you wonder if you should be sharing with someone. The pasta is usually slightly overcooked and everything is overseasoned to the point where your taste buds rebel and it all blends together in a haze of garlic and salt. The breadsticks, sprinkled lovingly with crack cocaine, always leave you craving another breadstick. The waiters and waitresses are usually quite efficient and eager to recommend wines and cocktails.
