AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. Went to pick up lunch here today (not the first time) the counter crew are rude and have no customer service skills AT ALL!! I had coupons which entitled you to a free sandwich with the purchase of one, it said nothing about you will get the cheapest item on the tab for free which was a bagel but the VERY RUDE GENTLEMAN WHICH CLAIMED TO BE THE OWNER KEPT INSISTING THAT YOU GET THE CHEAPEST ITEM FOR FREE AGAIN IT DOES NOT STATE THAT ON THE COUPON FROM THE SAVE AROUND 2013 BOOK. WILL NOT GO BACK HERE AGAIN, BESIDES THE FACT THAT THEIR PRICES ARE OUTRAGEOUS THAN YOU ARE GOING TO TREAT PEOPLE LIKE CRAP!! NEVER AGAIN
Worst Deli in the area. Went to lunch there with a couple of coworkers. First off, the counter people were not pleasant. Second, the prices are outrageous. Third, I ordered a turkey sandwich (real turkey) and there was absolutely no taste to it at all. Almost tasted like it had been cooked 10 hours too long. This sandwich came with lettuce, tomato, onion, and dressing. Cheese was 50 cents extra for one whole slice (which was so thin you could see through) and $1 for bacon which was totally burnt. The side included potato salad which seemed to be mustard mixed with some version of mashed potatoes. Add a drink and it only set me back $15. STAY AWAY.
