Overall a good experience, better than expected. Had the dinner, the fish was lightly breaded and perfectly cooked and seasoned, onion rings too. The star was the New England clam chowder, a smooth buttery flavor with plenty of clams in recognizable pieces. Misses were the slaw, with no detectable vinegar and too much black pepper for my taste (but raw black pepper on salads is a personal pet peeve, YMMV); the fries; and the hot dog roll – meh. Overall a thumbs up to a local chain.

Since ive never been here I asked what was recommended and the cashier said they were known for their fish fry. I tried it with the 3 home made sauces:Chili, cocktail, and tartar. The fish was moist, the breading was light and the sauces were all really good. All in all I’ll be eating here again when I come back to Albany.
