Delicious & Consistent. We’ve loved Pas-Tina’s for years and faithfully go about twice a month. The food is consistently delicious and the chef is accomodating if you request a difference sauce, vegetable or whatever. Everything is good and that’s a fact since I’ve eaten almost everything on the menu over the years. The house salad is one of the best in the area, if not THE BEST. Excellent service. Lovely hosts – Tina & Mitty, her dad. We see familiar faces everytime we go there, so Pas-Tina’s has a loyal following. They’re also terrific for baby or bridal showers and luncheons following funerals. The owners are real professionals who’ve trained their staff well. Oh, and most importantly, this restaurant is very clean. The staff take great pride in Pas-TIna’s and it shows.

I was very disappointed. Firstly, baked clams— means a whole clam topped with bread crumbs not a chopped clam with bread crumbs!! That is the cheaper way of maklng baked clams. I also ordered the salmon with shrimp and clams and yes I received the salmon but the seafood was replaced with vegetables. Very disappointing
Italian – Cafe style. I don’t know why but Pas-tina’s always reminded me more of a cafe. Maybe it’s the granite style table tops or the acoustics, not sure but regardless it’s nice to stop in every once in awhile. They have a very friendly management/waitstaff that brings you carafs of water with lemon (love that) and warm bread and garlic knots (another plus). Started with a pear martini which was a little sweet for my taste (needs more liquor and less sugar) but it comes in a large size martini glass. DH had the mussles and enjoyed them very much, I got the stuffed artichoke, the stuffing was pretty good but the leaves needed to be stuffed, the stuffing was all in the middle and there wasn’t enough for each leaf. DH got the sea bass marachiata and thought the fish was a little mushy and not that good but he enjoyed the shellfish that came with it. My entree of Rigatoni with Sausage, Red Sweet Roasted Peppers & Mozzarella in Marinara sauce was good although when they baked it (to melt the mozzarella) the pasta around the edges got a little to crispy. Pas-tina’s also has a party room on the other side of the restaurant, which accomodates up to 80 people) and I’ve been to several parties there and they have always done a nice job. It’s good food for a reasonable price.
