Horrible at taking reservations, I have made three reservations since they opened, and when I’ve walked in they can never find it, the last one I made, I asked to speak with the manager who had a terrible attitude on the phone, (heavy asian accent that made it even harder to communicate) made my reservation for six people, but the reservation was marked down for two, the hostess apologized and sat us in a booth for four, I asked to speak with the manager, but he never came to the table. The food was ok, there’s better Mexican food around.
Food was actually very good! I stopped by for lung an had the beef chimichanga. It was flavorful and delicious… You could tell it was made to order and not premade. Salsa was light and refreshing… Waiter was very friendly. I would go back again. Hartsdale is growing in terms of places to eat now yay!
I think the food is great I have been there a couple of times and it just gets better, their menu has changed and have added great new dishes. I read their reviews from when they first open and it’s hard to believe but I think that it’s normal for any restaurant to have issues at the beginning how ever I personally love this place the service is great the food is delicious, the chef has done a lot to accommodate my diet needs, their salsa and chips are great and free when you dine in. The only problem I find with this place is that is cold every time the door opens and I’ve noticed that on Saturday a busy night no one wants to sit by the door. The hostess was great even without a reservation she got us a table on a busy night. My experiences there have been great, I have definitely recommend this restaurant to my friends and family, Hartsdale definitely needed a place like this!
Very Good…. I’ve eaten here three times and it keeps getting better. I read loads of revsiews that say they charge for chips and salsa…THEY DO NOT! Don’t know where people got that from? Anyway, large portions of good food and the staff could not be nicer. Try it, you’ll like it…
I’m actually sitting here still in the restaurant on my iPhone! This place is way below average. They dress it up and make it look like a trendy place but the food is below average and the service! Oh my good the service is the worst I have had ever! From having 1 bartender on a Saturday night and waiting 30 minutes for our ceviche! Ceviche 30 minutes, really it already made ahead of time! We were told the computer was screwed up. Ceviche was sweet! Ugh! Then our entree came but wait we didn’t have silverware! Are you kidding me!! I can go on an on. Don’t be fooled by the trendy look your getting very below average food in a nice enviornment! Only plus, sangria is awesome and the free chips and salsa. Buyer beware!!!
