Ambitious brew pub whose beers are not exactly true to style. They are however, quite tasty and creative. Any shortcomings in the beer department are definitely made up for with the establishments cooking. The Food is extremely well made and quite delicious. I strongly suggest the hickory chicken sandwich…. And interesting spin on a southern treat.
An excellent taproom with a great space. I’ve tried a majority of their beers and have not once been disappointed. Also the food they serve is top-notch, especially their burgers.

We are in The Malt Room right now. Chris has been amazing! Exceptional service and outstanding drinks. The atmosphere here is so cool from the copper bar to the comfy leather couches. Don’t know what you want? Tell Chris a liquor and some flavors and bomb there it is! Soneone got the salmon flatbread pizza next to us and it looked hearty, healthy and delicious. We will definitely be coming back for drinks and dinner!!!! I’m obsessing over Chris and this place!
Sadly disappointed. Browns was a favorite of my wife’and I, but unfortunately the food has gone done hill. We stopped there a couple of weeks ago and decided to sit at a table near the bar, and order some appetizers. I ordered a chicken appetizer that was so bad, it tasted like it was made the day before and left sitting around. I had to send it back. The food was really horobale. Well anyway, at least, the beer is still good.
Worth the wait. Great place, being from WA i know a good brewpub/taproom when i see one. The wait was horrendous hostess said 45 mins and it was at least an hour. Food was spectacular server was awesome. Wife loved the fried pickles, i thought there wasnt enough pickle to breading ratio the dipping sauce was good. from the taste of my beer battered burger im sure the fish n chips are good. Wife loved the Nuclear mac n cheese even though it was pretty hot i pride myself on my heat tolerance and it was spicy to me, she was dying but it was too good to stop eating. Had the beer sampler in hindsight i would have just got the oktoberfest since it was my fav beer of them all but was fun to try 8. wish i got a growler just couldnt justify 35$ for one right now. overall great place 8-10 would have been a ten but we got there at seven thirty and didnt get out till after 10pm because of the wait.
Nice day out. I like to go to Brown’s on a nice day and sit out back on the deck. So far I have had the speedies, calamari, linguine with white clam sauce, and bbq pulled pork sandwhich. All of these were great. They also have vast list of beers to choose from and the wine list is well priced.
