Great Diner. My lady friend and I were visiting pals in Troy, NY, and hey recommended the Lansingburgh Cafe. It offers classic diner food, great omelets, pancakes, sandwiches, soup and salads. We ate breakfast two days in a row. The Backwoods Omelet was great, ham, cheese, and cajun sauce. Their homefries were tops, nice and crispy.
