While walking down the sidewalk, happened to find this little place. spill’n the Beans has about any type of coffee, expresso, lattes that you might want. Had the special of the day, it was very good but pricey.

Waited 25 minutes for ONE latte. Slowest service ever. Rude staff. Over priced. Always reeks of burnt food.
Iced lattes are good. Great staff. Brings food to the table. Great service. Good atmosphere. Seating outside. Chocolate chip pancakes are amazing.
