We stayed at Catskill Rose over Christmas. The weather was still warm enough to go hiking which is why we were in the Catskills. We loved our room, it was simple and super clean. Peter and Rose left us fantastic scones and awesome cookies. We at pizza in Phoenicia the first night but had dinner here the next. The food is some of the best we’ve ever had. They make everything from scratch and made a special dessert when I asked for my lactose intolerant husband, We felt like we were on a honeymoon again thanks to Catskill Rose.
