Johnny G’s used to be good but not anymore! The staff doesn’t care about customers or anything except getting a cigarette break. It took the wait person about 20 minutes after we arrived to pay any attention to us when we wanted to order. The place was empty so there was no excuse for ignoring us! The wait person wasn’t even in the restaurant so she couldn’t be found! When the order finally came the potatoes were loaded with peppers. The taste was awful! We got a to-go order that was very simple: a veggie burger with nothing but lettuce and coleslaw on the side. They forgot the coleslaw entirely! How hard is it to include an item like that? These people just don’t give a damn and they are rude about it too. The owner should take note of this. If they knew what was going on there would be some firings and there should be! The service SUCKS and we will not return!

Johnny Gs House of Horrors!. I would NEVER in a million years go back to this place again. My steak came out like rubber. They must have left it in the microwave too long. I could not cut it with the steak knife. I told the waitress and because I had eaten a small bowl of salad they wouldnt’ take it back. If you get the dinner it comes with the salad bar so by the time your rubber faux food arrives of course you’ve eaten the rolls and salad. I made a fuss about them wanting to charge me and they called the police.This place is a major scam. DO NOT EAT HERE!
Don’t waste your time or money.. OMG, horrible place. We ate there because of its convenient location within the hotel. However, don’t return a meal. I returned a new chicken special because it tasted like crap and made me want to just go brush my teeth after taking 1 bite. The waitress was going to credit us back for the dinner, but another waitress came over and said no because I ate some of the salad bar we had to pay. Ok, no problem, then the owner came out and started complaining about where is the meal and nothing is wrong with the food here. To top that off, the owner, John, continued to follow us through the restaurant and into our hotel lobby where he continued to yell at my boyfriend in regards to the meal even while the hotel clerk was on the phone trying to take a reservation. How unprofessional, don’t waste your time or money, eat somewhere…anywhere… else.
