Great Mexican food, the rest is meh.. If you’re looking for Mexican food in New Paltz and Taco Shack is closed, the Plaza is a good secondary. If you’re looking for a good diner, on the other hand: go to either the other Diners. My favorite is The College Diner, but the Genesis Diner is pretty good, too. If you go to The Plaza Diner, here’s a trick; read their lunch specials, then look at the same item on the regular menu lol. In short, GREAT for Taco Salad, never order a Monte Cristo and don’t expect much.
