Old School Italian Done Right. Like everyone says, this is a family restaurant: the hostess is the owner, the chef is her son, and our server, his wife. They must love what they do to do it this well. The bread is freshly baked. Our table of 6 finished 2 loaves in short order and was offered more. The soup of the day, pasta fagiole, got rave reviews from those who ordered it. The Caesar salad for 2 could have served 4. The salad was generously dressed with freshly grated cheese and plenty of (optional) anchovies. The table shared the hot antipasto-tender eggplant generously stuffed with a ricotta, stuffed mushrooms and a variety of perfectly cooked seafood (clams casino and oregano, mussels oregano and shrimp fradiavlo). Each item retained an individual flavor. An intermezzo of sorbet (mango on this day) was a throwback surprise that we all enjoyed. Entrees also got raves. Veal piccata was fork tender. A special, stuffed shrimp, were stuffed with real crabmeat. On request, Bolognese sauce was served with the side of pasta. This was probably the best bite of the night: thick, rich, meaty, as good as any Bolognese any of us had ever had. Before dessert was brought out, we were served a complimentary plate of fruit (oranges, apples, and grapes). Desserts were also very good. Our server Stephanie was gracious and attentive and the prices were more than reasonable. No wonder this restaurant has been around for nearly 30 years. I hope it is around for another 30.

Always delicious and fresh, but not the place you want to go if you’re in a rush.
Great food and always consistent!!! Early bird specials are outrageous puts Guidos to shame!
