The pizza was awesome! Try the meatball and ricotta, and broccoli brab and sausage! You’ll love it the coal fired oven gives the pizza great flavor!
Great. Excellent Pizza. I love Coal oven style. As good as Gmaldis or Johns in the City. Try the wings, they’re the best.
One of the best small chain restaurants. Great wings and ribs (no sauce) and the looks of the restaurant is not totally modern but looks really good. Service is pretty good and isn’t dressy at all.
Awesome!. We went there on a Monday night. We didn’t have to wait long for our Wings (appetizer) or pizza. Both delicious! Will definitely go back.
ANTHONY’S COAL FIRED PIZZA IS GREAT!. It’s now April 2011 and whatever setbacks the restaurant had back in October 2010 are long gone. The service is great, the atmosphere is great and the pizza is awesome. My girlfriend and I LOVE the Arugala Pizza. Enjoy!
Best Pizza on the Planet. My husband and I went to Anthony’s coal fired pizza in White Plains for the first time last Friday evening. The place was packed so I was very hopeful that the pizza would be decent. Well let me tell you, in my opinion it was the best pizza I ever had. The service was great too, the waiter was very friendly and helpful. We ordered a small plain pie, salad and chicken wings. All were great, the salad was huge even with the two of us we couldn’t finish it. The wings had carmelized onions on it and were different then any wings I had before. Can’t wait to go back again!!!
Save your money.. As a true New Yorker I’m always eager to try a new place for pizza, especially coal fired. This time I wish I hadn’t. A friend of a friend told us it was quick as hell, thin crust, and used great ingredients. SO we tried a personal pie. I couldn’t believe how off it was. Crust was at least half an inch thick, and UNDERCOOKED! That’s probably why it was so fast. The sauce was so/so, and the cheese was crap. The ONLY thing we liked was the coal fired taste. Not to mention this pie was way overpriced, even if it had been good I would not continue to pay that much.
