  Very Good, Very Friendly. Not to be confused with the catering company Elements Food and Spirit also located in white plains, this two story bar/restaurant was a very nice find for my sister and I to have some good food, good alcohol, and just catch up. The downstairs is very quiet, surprisingly formal, but still very stylish, while the upstairs rooftop bar which holds maybe about a dozen tables is lively, loud, and very casual. The service was friendly and quick, the prices were reasonable, and the atmosphere upstairs was fun and relaxed which was perfect for what we wanted.Now for the food, this is actually a review in which I have no negative comments, the food itself complimented the fun, casual, yet stylish atmosphere of the restaurant itself. To begin with, especially when considering how casual the rooftop bar is, the size and diversity of the menu itself is actually really surprising. Everything from hot wings to tempura to sandwiches to burgers to specialty crab cakes to very good steaks. While I usually am cautious of places that seem to be everywhere at once, Elements did so very well and everything we ate as well as all the dishes we saw and smelled were excellent. Overall I think this is an excellent restaurant to go to if you want to relax, enjoy some very good food, and be comfortable. After really thinking about it, the only negative thing I could possibly consider is that if you’re looking for more of a private/quiet/intimate meal, you’ll want to stay downstairs for sure.
