When going there yes but NEVER ORDER!!!I received a menu in my mailbox, Ordered twice before and just wanted to order again and they tell me that it is too far away?!1: Why do I receive a menu in my mailbox if it is too far away?2: Why did they delivered twice before and not now?3: Very rude customer service over the phone!They lost a customer!

Ask How Dishes Are Prepared. Sushi looked good, I wasn’t in the mood so I ordered Hot Peppercorn Chicken with Leeks. There was no description and it didn’t occur to me to ask as I had had this before at other restaurants. What was served was threads of chicken deep fried until crispy as crispy-noodles. Covered with sweet sauce and mixed with a few julienned leeks and peppers. Zero peppercorns. I didn’t think it would be fair to send it back, but I wish I hadn’t eaten it. Unhealthier than General Tso’s. The brown rice (I am the sort of person who eats brown rice!) was well prepared, and drinks were terrific. Make sure you ask how stuff is prepared.
Great Place. This is a keeper. Sushi is very good. The staff was friendly and attentive. Place was very clean and reasonably priced.
Service is horrible. I love the haiku in Mamaroneck but the one in White Plains I am not such a fan of. Twice when I went to this location my waiter forgot about my table and I had to wait 20 minutes for drinks, 20 minutes for my order to be taken. Someone else brought out the food so that came out in a timely manner. He never came to see if everything was ok with our food and when we wanted our check it took him 45 minutes to come to our table after asking multiple different waiters to ask him to come to our table. Worst service I have ever received at a restaurant. Just wont go back anymore.
