I like this place but my family did not. I had the chicken rice soup. It was unusual but very good. I will definitely be back by myself. My wife’s pork was good but the vegetables were overdone. My unadventurous daughter ordered a hamburger and it was burned and dry.
Great (cheap) eats right in downtown WP!. One word: Mofongo. Absolutely decadently delicious. The ambience will have you imagining yourself in South Beach, while the food will remind you of dinner at your best Latino friend’s house. Lunch/Daily specials are awesome, the roast pork is fantastic, and not for the weight conscious. I heard the breakfast isn’t phenomenal, but with standard fare like eggs and pancakes, how bad could it be? Clientele is ethnically diverse, so rest assured, you will not be surrounded by White Plains suits.
The food is delicious. The customer service is wonderful & they are very friendly. I enjoy eating there everytime I go. 🙂
