Excellent drinks and small plates…. And I usually don’t like small plate places. Expensive, but very, very good food and my drink was outstanding, thanks to Nykia.The plantain chips, shrimp, and scallops were delicious. Service is slow but very friendly and accommodating. Odd part, it was nearly empty and for a weeknight it should have been hopping, as all other bars in White Plains probably are.Then it came to me – the bar needs to be changed, stat. The chairs are good for the dining area, but not to hang onto. The bar needs to be higher, better to lean one’s elbows on.I’m curious why JMF was so enthusiastic about this place. It’s high priced and right now, not a destination place.Given some changes, it could thrive.
