Delicious!!. Worth every penny. Food is awesome – but horrendous wait on Saturday nights. Paying for parking is downright stupid.
Over Priced. I don’t know how P.F. Chang’s remains in business. Ridiculously over priced for sub-standard food. My local Chinese place has delicious food for 1/4 of the price. Save your money and stay home.
I have read all reviews here and I am shocked. This is one of my favorite restaurants. The drinks alone are delicious. The food is more Chinese American but absolutely delicious. Their fried rice is great and you get a huge portion which is enough for 4 people. I had a birthday there for my son and we had a fantastic time and scared the different dishes. I love this place and believe me, I’m hard to please.
As long as you don’t have to wait long the food is good, But this location is nortorious for its long wait.
I agree with the horrendous long wait for OK chain style type food. The drinks are good. Paying for parking is a complete joke. But not all Westchester residents consider this fine dinning. It’s fun dinning for 15 year olds
Not so good, thats a given though. The wait is ALWAYS horrendous, parking in the mall is plain old expensive and the only good thing about pf changs is the drinks.
Proceleena, you’re not alone…. In your astonishment on this lousy place being tops in Westchester. It’s a testament to the lack of taste by the diners in White Plains and their sheeple enthusiasm to overpay for parking and bad food that this horrific non-Chinese chain is number one (and you thought it was bad when it was number two!).Sadly, White Plains and the rest of the county is not awash in excellent Chinese food, authentic or otherwise. Bao’s has apparently slipped, and Aberdeen’s ain’t all that. Of course, there is Hunan Ritz in Thornwood and Imperial Wok in North Castle and David Chen in Armonk, which are all equally mediocre, but the yuppies shopping in the Westchester don’t want to drive that far, so this horrific restaurant has a captive audience.proceleena, the rating says more about the diners in White Plains and elsewhere than it does about this horrid restaurant. Thankfully, I know enough to stay away and, apparently, so do you.
