The same old experience. Went there for lunch..got a burn burger and a barmaid that didn;t even care that i was there. ate my burn burger with the only beer i got …and she spent all her time talking to the only other person there.not sure if she spoke american . when I asked about the choices of beer she mumbled than reached out for info from some dude at the end of the bar. I can be ignored anyplace. too bad it was soo bad. I hoped for the best after the old place
Greeting. They do not ask how are you? The waiter n bartender named blue is very rude …if you need napkins they give u a side eye. I’m afraid to ask for anything else.
You need to come to Soyo! Nice and chill atmosphere, tasty drinks. Ask for Blue! He’s the man!
Soyo. They have the cutest and great bartender named Blue. Great drinks, food and the local is clean and all you look for in a bar.
Eclectic Blue. Just like it’s namesake.. The drinks are fantastic just like the person they are named after. Flavorful food and interesting combinations in drinks. SOYO Craft Bar has a downtown feel in yonkers. Great staff and service. ESPECIALLY Blue owner/ master bartender, remembers your name and makes you feel welcomed every time you come in. I’ll definitely be back. them.
I had to give this place a second try.. Let me start by saying, I am a seasoned bartender with over 15 years experience. I was recommended this location by a co worker.I was excited that a craft cocktail bar was actually open in Westchester close to my area and didn’t have to go to the city for a craft cocktail. I was pleasantly surprised the Second time as anyone who read my first review would know My first time wasn’t good at all. I honestly thought this place had potential but the staff member who served me on my maiden voyage was horrible to say the least. I’m glad I gave this place a second shot, I don’t know if it was because a manger (nice guy with tattoos) was behind the bar working on recipes because My experience was pleasant and to be honest really enjoyable. The young lady that served me was polite and we’ll informed about her spirits ( big plus). She had great technique and her skill was clearly visible in her preparation and taste. The 2 drinks were deep in flavor and complex nothing like the First time. This place really is a breath of fresh air if the right bartenders are working i guess. I hope they keep up the work as i surely will return to follow up (3rd Time is a charm)In short the location is designed very well with a great city vibe, the scampi wing are still my favorite. This bar has good food , an average city decor by Manhattan standards. A great local taste of craft cocktails in Yonkers.
Get the Main Quesadilla Burger!. The Main Quesadilla Burger was probably one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. The blue cheese, fried onions and fried jalapeos turned a normal burger into a culinary tour de force. My wife doesn’t like spicy and so I was a bit worried about how spicy it would be, but because the jalapeos are fried they just add a small kick that she really enjoyed. Although it was a bit loud, we had a really good time and will definitely be coming back soon!
