Boneless Jerk wings are great. Blue Crab cakes were too well done. Lobster Garlic Noodles were ok. 1st time I had it was amazing. Most have been b/c it was a Saturday night. Drinks were ok. Pomegranate Margarita needs less syrup and more alcohol. Will be back for the wings next time.
Satisfactory Birthday Dinner. Went there with my 4 siblings and parents for my birthday dinner. Food was very good, waiter was very nice and helpful. Decent service, even though it was pretty crowded when I went. Go around 5 if you want to have no wait. Overall, very good!
Awful experience. I went there today with my group at work. The food was Ok but I got my iphone case/wallet stolen. I didn’t like the way the general manager handled the situation. I insisted that my wallet was on the table but they asked me to leave my info and they would call me when they find it. I am from New York city and I found this to be extremely unacceptable so I told the manager that I won’t leave without my wallet and then 10 min later, she shows up with my wallet in her hand!!!!!
Great Beer Hall. The food was decent, but obviously the only reason to go to this place is to partake in the ENORMOUS amount of beer they have on tap. Numerous brands, numerous brews, and fresh taps, definety make this place a must go to if you’re in the Yonkers area, or even a few miles beyond. Me and my pals had a great time; I will return.
Overall, I’d rate it a C+/B-. Went for a late weekday lunch, and despite the restaurant being 70% empty, was given the obnoxious light-up beeper of yesteryear. 10 minute wait. Bad sign. The extensive menu is initially impressive, especially the draught selection. They offer samplers of 6 3oz taster glasses, domestic or Belgian. The house draughts seem solid. We wanted the food to match the integrity of the beer, but it just didn’t cut it. Salad portions are meager, and for a $17 salad, I don’t want to leave hungrier than when I arrived. Burgers are also modest, but the 5 pieces of lettuce side dish was pathetic. The waitstaff could have been more attentive. Our waitress was MIA for a good portion of the hour, and seemed to leave the building when the check was delivered. If I do go back, it will be for a drink at the bar.
The atmosphere and beer selection was very nice. The wings we had were good but the chicken sandwich wasn’t that great. It was fairly bland. Overall though it seems like a nice place to get together with people over drinks and appetizers.
First of all, the food at Yardhouse is DELISH! Not your typical pub fare. They offer a great variety from sushi to steaks & chops to vegetarian to munchies. There’s something for everyone on the menu. Also, during happy hour, all entrees are half-price! Next, it really shows that they’ve worked very hard at creating a unique atmosphere to dine in – which is within walking distance of top retail stores in Ridge Hill & within a short driving distance from most Westchester neighborhoods. As soon as you walk in, the beautifully artistic & lively ambiance envelopes you in excitement & awe as you embark on the constantly evolving world of beer. You will see the kegs & you will feast your eyes on the beautiful wrap around bar which offers over 130 different kinds of beer & ale on tap (that they will gladly let you sample). This dazzling array includes pilsners, pale ales, porters, stouts to name a few. Finally, they are so conscientiousness with their philosophy of exhibiting the highest customer service, that if any mistakes happen, they are quickly corrected or a complimentary item is given. I would like to also add that the bathrooms are super clean; with state of the art motion sensors, Dyson hand dryers & lovely scented rooms. I highly recommend Yardhouse 🙂
