Fun. My wife and I enjoyed our meal before a Bobcats game….pretty good for ‘pub fare’. Glad they had beer from local breweries. OMB Copper was on printed menu, Birdsong IPA (very nice!) was on the chalkboard. Wait staff attentive and very friendly. Only complaint music was so loud that conversation was difficult. The place has identity conflicts! Is it a ‘sports bar’ (muted flatscreens proliferate), a pub, a bar, or a restaurant (the menu exceeds bar expectations)? Would probably only return to drink beer with guy friends.

Food was great. Chili was tasty and not too spicy. Had the Greek salad and they gladly replaced the grilled chicken with grilled salmon. Salad was all super fresh. Nicole our server was friendly and on her game despite the place being slammed. We’ll be back for sure

It’s ok. Not great. Too much breading on the fish. The blackened Parmesan wings were pretty good and very large. Wait staff was slow. But sitting outside under the Charlotte skyline is really nice.

If you want drinks, this is your place. Hopefully, you’ll get drunk enough to not notice how horrible the food is! Came for lunch with a friend. Fried pickles were hard… Good flavor but the breading was so hard, I think it knocked my wisdom tooth loose. I ordered fish and chips – breading was oily and there was absolutely no flavor. I soaked the fish in malt vinegar and poured on the salt and was ok at best. My friend had the crab cakes as a meal. There were good chunks of crab but the breading was soggy and mushy. Just can’t seem to get the breading right! Maybe we ordered the wrong food, maybe they were having an off day or maybe I just won’t ever go back to know for sure…

I made reservations for fitzgeralds on wed for dinner on sat. On friday I called to move the time back 30 min. Each time I called they were attentive and accommodating and polite. We had 10 purple in the party. When we arrived the place was packed. Very lively crowed having fun and the panthers game was on. Were in our 40s and the music was great. Not too loud. There was a little hiccup with our table not being ready and one of the wait staff tried to put us at the bar but once we roped in the manager he got right on it and within 10 min our table was ready. Also he compted our first round of drinks. Nice! We drank danced and talked and it wasn’t too long before our meal arrived. I asked everyone how there’s was and nothing but positive comments. Mine was awesome! Bbq burger cooked perfectly. My wife really liked the sheppards pie. We spent about 1 1/2 hours there and had a really great time. The bill for my wife and I was @$26. Coupons are available as well although I didn’t use one. Getting the drinks comped was cool. I say nice place.
