The best value for your money! At Chima you pay $55 per person or $35 just for salad and fish and you can try as many items you want, as many times you want. The salad bar is fresh and lots of variety, even good for vegetarians. The meats are very well seasoned and high quality. They have lamb chops and filet mignon included that are very expensive everywhere. You probably going to pay $50 bucks or more for 8 ounces of filet in any high quality steakhouse, so Chima gives lot of value to your money right there specially because you don’t pay for sides or anything.. all inclusive! My favorite pairing is the Gorgonzola mousse (salad bar) and their house special skewer Angus Top Sirloin aka Picanha. At the upstairs bar area, they have appetizers sliced from the grill that are around $10 in case you are craving some meat but you are not that hungry, plus some delicious sliders. The wines are unique as they feature Washington State wines. I discovered at Chima that I don’t like California wines as much as I thought. Another thing that I care a lot is that this restaurant is a family owned not one more franchise that only cares for money. Great place to have a memorable night out for a date or a group dinner.

Made a visit to Chima for Queen Feast for a reduced menu price of $35. Obviously that doesn’t include all the meats. The salad bar has a decent variety but wasn’t a fan of everything there. With that being said you don’t go there for the salad bar. My favorites were the top sirloin, leg of lamb and Parmesan pork loin. Nice decor and atmosphere. The staff was also great.

Love this place! We’ve been on several occasions and each time we have thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The food is amazing, the staff is friendly and courteous. I’ve yet to have a bad experience!

Lovely. I’ve been to many Brazilian Steakhouses and Chima is organized in the same manner (e.g. large salad bar, a wide variety of meats carved at the table). However there were a few things that were exceptional about this experience. First they had a VERY extensive wine list at all price points. Second, the salad bar really was exceptional both in diversity of offerings and quality of the food at the salad bar. The meat was delicious and the service was very attentive and very good.

Doesn’t Even Compare to Texas De Brazil.. Texas De Brazil is far better than this place. The meats were bland and dry. They have the worst absolute swordfish I have ever had. Their salad bar is lacking big time! Anytime you have to ask for the meats rare just for them to be medium lets you know you are in the wrong place.

Nice place, great meal. Brazilian steakhouses are known for filling you up with meat, so come hungry. The quality here though was some of the best steak and chicken that I have ever had at a Brazilian restaurant. It was great and the staff was very professional and friendly. It was a little pricey, but the quality was good. Also, the drinks were great too. One tip, while the salad bar looked wonderful, you don’t go there for rabbit food, eat the steak and then don’t eat red meat for a month. Go, enjoy and have fun.
