We ate here on a Sunday, during Restaurant week; mind you its supposed to be somewhat of a deal. Well the server didn’t tell us we were upgrading when we asked for Rib eye instead of Prime Rib, which cost 45.00 per person, and the sides are 9.95 and up. You are better off getting the special for 29.95, which comes with the 3 courses. The Restaurant week special is salad or soup, meat and dessert. Who eats like that? Talked to the manager and all I got was sorry. I have been to Ruths Chris and Dresslers and have got more than this for less. I dont think you should trick someone into paying more, be clear and up front. Let people know what they are paying for, and you will have a repeat of customers. Positive note the food was good, but for 160.00 I could have had a feast.
Food was good. Service was ok. Manager had to take steak off the bill, cooked incorrectly…..twice.
The staff was very polite. The steaks were ok but not for the price we paid. We paid for the atmosphere and the staff.
Good service bad steak. We had a reservation for 4 on the 10 th of feb.for their feb special.while i have dined at flemings many times this night was most unimpressive.the service was very good but the steak was tough as nails and we could not even cut the meat.we left it on the plate .we were givin a 25.00 gift card and charged for two steaks.i dont think ill be back to use the 25.00 card nor will my guests.they need to get there act together.[ we had the prime ribs)
Terrible service. The atmosphere had a racist undertone. If I’m spending money in an establishment I’m not only paying for a meal I’m paying for the service as well, not prejudice behavior. Thank you to the white staff at flemmings. Post a sign out front whites only I don’t need your passive aggression.
I came during the Queen City Feast 2012. The service was very good. I wanted to stick with only the menu to stay within my budget. I ended up paying close to $120 dollars for my meal, which was totally to expensive from a $60 meal as planned. I want sides and clearly must have miss understood the server because the sides where nearly $10 a piece. Also they offer you water, which I ended up paying for. Did not realize this until the bill came to my table. Why was the sides additional? Who wants to just eat a piece of Filet steak or Crab Cakes (meat) only. Not a very good meal if this is the promotion for Queen City Feast week. Management response wasn’t worth the return. Save your money and go across the street.
HORRIBLE!! Worst steak I have ever eaten. I ordered the Beef Wellington and the meat was overcooked and grey! Will not go back!
