Creative Offerings and So Far … All Good. First encountered the Herban Legend at another Food Truck Rally last Summers in North Mecklenburg and again this past Saturday at another charity rally at the Music Factory in Downtown Charlotte.The couple of offerings I have had have been good and I particulary liked the take off of a Cuban Sandwich I had last week. A little simplier than a traditional Cuban but nevertheless, it was excellent and well suited to the tastes of most Carolinians. Full flavored pork and the bread was excellent. Last Cuban I had was way too dry but not the case here.Being a Food Truck, not much to say about atmosphere but service was great and I love the menu.I like food truck rallies and plan on going to a number of them this summer. I’m sure Herban Legend will be there and I’m going to make a point to savor even more of his offerings.
