Great Local Biz Option. Found Johnny B this summer and have found them to repeatedly produce a burrito enjoyably different from the major chains with a lot of free, tasty add-ons. Proprietor is an entertaining fellow in his own right. Also really enjoy being able to support a guy running his own small business as opposed to chains/franchises. Worth the walk and effort to find it.
Great Vegetarian!. Keep your eyes peeled, but well worth finding the place! Excellent vegetable options for your burrito, with tasty guacamole, and hot sauce. Great service with great options at a good price! Chris(Manager) was TOP NOTCH with his friendly attitude and appretiation for me coming in!
Fast & Great. Eat there frequently and always great quality. If you’re downtown for lunch, the line moves fast, they pack the portions in there, and if you like hot, tell them YOU LIKE HOT! You won’t be disappointed. My favorite burito place has always been Chipotle, but I try others as well, but this is a very close second. They beat Salsaritas and Moes, and it is a fun atmosphere. Very personal service and fun. I highly recommend!
Who needs moes or salsaritas when you got Johnny burrito? They got huge burritos any way you like them for a reasonable price. It is kinda hard to find the place cause they’re downstairs and you can’t see it from the road. I guess it could have been called Johnny’s Hideaway, but once you find it you’ll remember it.
Awesome burritos.. I love their burritos. You definitely get big portions. Best burritos I’ve had in the Charlotte area.
Make sure you bring a bib!. If you get this fantastic burrito the proper way (and I mean all the way w salsa guac etc.) it gets messy. Don’t dare try to eat while driving. Worth the 10 – 15 min line wait.
Greatest Burritos in Charlotte. Great food, and they do not skimp. You get what you pay for here. Specialty meats that you will not find anywhere else. Johnny knows the Dude abides.
