This is the second time we have ordered recently and after almost two hours of waiting for our pizza to arrive we called and it’s as if our order was never placed. Unbelievable. We were not even apologized to the first time and barely the second time. And instead of actually bringing us a pizza and comping the cost, they just never sent it. We have never experienced anything like this from a delivery place let alone a business. All the manager said was they were going thru a transition. I hate to say they’re not going to make it, if this continues.

Really good. My family and I are self proclaimed NYC pizza critics. Had a sausage and onion pie as well as a plain pie. Sliced sausage, our favorite, and not the chunks. Spicy too. Good folding slices with good crust. White pie looked great. Will try it next time. Reminded me a little of Rays in NYC.

Service was slow but the food was delicious. If you’re not in a hurry, order any salad with the salmon. Pizza not really NY (we actually eat NY style so we know). However it was OK.

Meh. The pizza is average, theres definately better in Charlotte. But for drunchie options at 2:15AM in the epicenter, this hits the spot… when sober, go elsewhere for pizza.

Big Libretto’s Fan. I’ve eaten at Libretto’s numerous times and have always thoroughly enjoyed everything that I’ve ordered. You can never go wrong with a slice of pizza late night either!
