I usually love Wild Wing. We were in Charlotte for a trip and decided to head over to this location for a late lunch on a Sunday. After we got seated, no one spoke to us or acknowledged our presence for about 15 minutes. By then we were ready to order our drinks and food, after we did, it took an extra 10 minutes to get our drinks. The food was on par with our expectations, the service was just very poor. There were maybe 4-5 tables sat in the entire restaurant… no reason we should have been ignored for so long. Waste of money eating here!
It was….. The management and hostess were nice but the waitress was rude and we had poor service. The chicken strips were greasy and disgusting. They were a little bit bigger than a popcorn chicken. We also had to wait about 10 minutes to get change for a 20. So all in all this would NOT be my first pick for where to eat.
