Good food, lousy service. It doesn’t surprise me anymore when I get crappy service. What a disappointment in service, even though the food was good.Server NEVER came to check on me after she plopped my food down in the middle of my appetizer. The cleanliness left a lot to be desired.The decor isn’t too bad inside, if they clean the glass table tops properly it might actually help.The exterior decor really screams for help. I would say never judge a book by its cover. But this one you definitely can.
Slow…Slow….Slow. We went there on a Tuesday night…My kids entrees came out first (about 15-20 minutes after ordering), then about 10-15 minutes later my wife and mother-in-laws sushi rolls came out, and another 10 minutes or so for my noodle dish. Their food tastes good but there is no excuse for the slow pace in the kitchen. I cannot imagine eating there on a busy night. I am not interested in going back anytime soon.
Food is better than average, if you get served. Don’t ask for a manager after waiting for 45 min for your food. He is not there.
2nd visit. No chef to make sushi at a sushi restaurant. Need i say more?22 Jun, 2012Same old kfc outside but the inside was nice. I went in unshaved and with my little girl just before they got busy. Being an ex server i have high expectaions. Food was good. Prices were decent. Service was ok at best. Would like to have gotten my sushi before i was done with my dinner plate. Room for improvement but I would recommend it to others.
Absolutely terrible wat time on both of my visits the first time I waited an hour for my food when there was absolutely no customers in the restaurant. The second trip I decided to call ahead of time and pick up the order they said 30 minutes on the phone I got there 40 minutes later and I still had to wait 15 more minutes …never again will I order from this restaurant ..
My daughter and I stopped for dinner (take out) very happy we stopped- will be back soon. Food was sooo yummy, friendly staff, very short wait. Had an ice cold beef while waiting.
