Palermo’s was perfect!. We had been at Stanley County hospital all day and went out to find something to eat and happened onto this place. We got the deluxe pizza and it was delicious. The thin crust was terrific; the toppings were a perfect blend. Also, service was also terrific!
Good Local Italian. Palermo’s II is not a 5 Star place and the only thing they know about Michelin ( Stars) is that is the name of a tire company! Have you ever been in a restaurant that they have no idea of their identity or they try and be something that they are not? I mean if you are a Hot Dog Stand be a Hot Dog Stand!Palermo’s knows what they are a small Italian place that gives it customers great value! On a recent visit I saw people ( locals) having lunch and they where sitting down ! And I do not mean sitting down in a car going threw a Drive thru!! A new concept! I had the Spaghetti and meatballs she had The Small Steak Stromboli (SMALL NOT) Lunch specials ( See pictures) $5.99 that included your drink! There must be some mistake! Now I know why so many locals come here for Lunch! If you are in this little area that is way and far away…
