Golden Garden has some fantastic entrees! Order your fried rice by the pint or quart, it’s miles better than what comes with your combo. Also, the chicken chow mein is the best around! It’s cash only, and doesn’t have much ambiance. Think of it more as a take out place.
Rude and bad. My sisters and I went to Golden Garden today. But I was disappointed with the food. My noodles were over cooked, dry and all stuck together. I called to let them know I wanted to return the food. When I got there, the lady came out with an attitude, opens the register and take out the money and puts it on the counter and walks away. Did not say I’m sorry this happened or offer to make it right. This is no way to treat customers. They will not have to worry about me, my family or friends going there anymore.
Amazing prices, amazing food.. There is a reason Golden Garden got the number 1 spot for Asheboro Chinese Cuisine – it’s absolutely delicious. The dishes are served hot and portions are generous. Meats aren’t cooked en masse then drenched in sauces, they are quality cut and cooked to perfection. Menu options are multivaried and offer a large sampling of tastes for the picky customer – there’s sure to be something for everyone! Not to mention, the prices are very affordable. My son is in college, and he mentions that this is one of his favorite places to get lunch with friends. I cannot recommend Golden Garden any more!
