Great food. Had the lunch fajita. Very filling and tasty. Service good and quick. The pictures on the wall are fascinating. In town for business. Will be back before the week is over.
Better than expected. This resyaurant is stuck in the corner of a strip mall which made my expectations less than they should have been. The menu is more varied than most Mexican restaurants which made my selection a bit difficult. I settled on the seafood burrito which was full of shrimp and had a mild cheese sauce on it. It was quite good. The salsa was tangy but tasty and the chips were warm when delivered to the table. The service was quick and efficient. I would rate this as better than the typical Mexican restaurant.

There’s better Mexican food in Asheboro.. If you’re looking for Mexican food in Asheboro, this is NOT the place to go. Service is quick…too quick. It might as well be fast food. The dishes are bland and boring. The nearby, La Hacienda is much better if you want Americanized, Mexican food. For delicious, authentic Mexican food…head across town to Burrito Brothers…either way, do your palette a favor and skip San Felipe.
