Being a biscuit connoisseur and having traveled all over the country, I can say that Biscuit Head is one of the best biscuit restaurants in the country. Everything they make is very fresh, very hipster. And they have tons of jams, all of them fresh. We just took 20 minutes trying out the different jams itself! The biscuits itself are very good, flaky and large. I felt the gravy was the missing ingredient in the dish I ordered, which made these large biscuits seem larger. I would recommend ordering a dish that also has gravy

Amazing! Be prepared to wait in line (always a good sign). The coffee is fantastic. The orange juice is fresh the way it should be. The fried chicken gravy biscuit is making my mouth water two days later just thinking about it. The fried chicken biscuit with the sriracha slaw and poached egg is other-worldly. A really fun place. Next time I am in Asheville, definitely going back to this place.

Really enjoyed our meal here. We showed up with a line out the door but it moved quickly. The food and drinks were average but put together in fun combinations. Overall it’s worth a visit but not something to go out of the way to eat.

Great experience. Place was a little tricky to find for us out-of-towners, but worth the hunt. A quaint little spot with incredible food. They have taken the biscuit to a new level. I cannot give them enough praise. We just kept ordering different menu items just to try them all. The pulled pork and eggs benedict was our favorite. Everything is made fresh, including their assortment of jams / spreads. Definitely a must try. Go out of your way to experience this concept.

This small local, funky place is a real gem!Fresh creative pairings handcrafted with love in every bite.Biscuits are HUGE fluffy and tender. Topped with a vast selection of options. I had the Asheville Benedict and extra sides of coconut greens brisket and country ham. My hubby had the Cajun Benedict. Everything was fantastic. The best is the giant selection of homemade butters and Jams. Made a total pig of myself, each one better than the next. Favorite had to be banana fosters butter. Yum!!!Please support local and give this place a try, you’ll be glad you did.

Outstanding biscuits and bacon. The server and cashier were friendly. Long line but it moved relatively quickly. Need the biscuit recipe.
