Food was really good, waiter not so great. But the manager made things right & I appreciate it! Would go back, but ask for different server. Fourth time I’ve been to this location and only one time had an issue.
Always better than good. Went last night, and they were handling the Valentines crowd extremely well.Always consistantly above average – priced well – and full of extras – free Bang bang – free Hand Helds – We would go back anyway – but the marketing enticements bring us back every few weeks.
Fantastic place. Love the Bang Bang Shrimp!
Been to many restaurants all over the USA I saw this place in Colorado just never had a chance to stop there . Moved to Asheville and decided to take my sister for dinner there. What a delicious and satisfying meal. everythimg was perfect right down to the chilled salad plate. No fish odor either . The place was immaculent and the ambience great. The staff were wonderful and helpful. Our dinner arrived and now came the moment to truly see if the food was as nice as the restaurant. We were not disappointed. when I went to cut the steak it was like sticking a hot knife into butter . the tas te of the wood fired steak was heaven and when you chewed it you barely had to. i figured if the steak was heaven the ultimate test would be the crab cake. I would know if it was not fresh. No suprises . Not only was the crab cake perfectly sweet and rich as a crab cake should but it was truly lump crab . I finished my meal and wished I would have stayed there and ate another one. I was so satiated I was sad to leave . i have insomnia and I have to say when a meal is this good I came home so satisfied I had no problems sleeping . Thank you for a truly wonderful meal!!! we definotely be back!!!!
What’s that stank?. Oh yeah, the bonefish. Honestly, don’t know how folks put up with the fish odor at this location. Service could be better, too.
Decent Seafood for Asheville. The food is expensive and you will want to call ahead for reservations. Otherwise, it’s pretty good for a chain seafood restaurant. Those that compared it to Red Lobster obviously haven’t been to that restaurant recently. It is far better than other chain seafood places. The ambience is great, and the service, on average, is efficient. (However, not super friendly.) I don’t recommend eating here if you don’t like seafood. They offer only one steak alternative and it is fair at best. Definitely leave the kids at home! It’s crowded and I don’t think they own a highchair!
Basic Chain Seafood. Nothing special about this place. The environment is okay and the food is mediocre. It’s your basic chain seafood restaurant – like Red Lobster or others. The food is trucked in frozen, cooked by an ordinary chef according to corporate instructions, and served by an overly-enthusiastic waiter/ess who with an unrealistic idea about the level of quality. If you like chain seafood, you won’t be disappointed. As for me, I’d rather have friend seafood in something more local.
