We proudly serve coffee from Mtn Air Roasting; it is organic, fair-trade, farm-direct, Asheville-roasted, and delicious. We use local, organic, whole milk, organic coconut milk, and organic half-and-half to complement our coffee. We make all of our syrups in-house, so we know exactly what is in them, and you can taste the difference!Our menu is the creation of Aaron Gibbs, one of the co-owners, who is a trained chef and has been cooking professionally for 10 years. Our food is simple, mouth-watering, and ridiculously cheap. We make EVERYTHING from scratch, in-house. We use local beef and chicken, and as many local and organic ingredients as possible while maintaining low prices for our customers.Come see why our regulars can't stay away for longer than a couple days! :)
