Wonderful!!! We decided to try it on vacation and love it. People are great and you can watch their process of hand making each one and it is very reasonably priced.
I’m not a big donut fan. I never get the tasty satisfaction of eating one afterwards… until I came here. I would say every donut should be as absolutely amazing as the ones here but truly I love how unique their flavors are and the preparation put into each individual donut. Just.delicious.
My husband and I eyed this place the whole time we were in town visiting Asheville and when we finally had the chance to go we were not disappointed. The BEST donut either of us have ever had. It’s crispy, but chewy in the inside and perfectly glazed. They have a limited menu but that’s what made it so great, no scouring and trying to make a decision. All four options we had were delicious. We’ll be back and we’ll be telling everyone who visits Asheville this is a must!

I don’t like your average American doughnut. As a child I could gorge myself on the ones we got at the bar and pastry shop in Naples. American doughnuts sit like a lump in your stomach making it hard to forget your transgression. Hole’s doughnuts are perfect! They are the most like the ones I remember from childhood. Airy, tender, and crispy. We had three, cocoa, sesame almond and cardamom. Cardamom is one of my favorite things, so I was thrilled. All were wonderful. The child who was with us had the cocoa which she said tasted like coffee. She wasn’t use to the bittersweet flavor; we adults loved it. I will be back.
Delicious. Best doughnuts I’ve ever eaten! The sesame-almond and cocoa are life-changing!
