Worst burrito in town!!. Neo Burrito used to be a place to grab a decent cheap burrito when you don’t want to have a real dining experience, but now the food is just as cheap, the atmosphere is just as run down and dirty, but their prices have sky rocketed! I understand businesses need to raise prices sometimes, but usually there are upgrades to the products and/or services as well. I do not understand their business concept, raise prices & lower quality and service?? Maybe they were trying to become the worst restaurant in town? Well, congrats Neo, you have become not only the worst restaurant in town, but possibly the worst business model ever. Oh yeah, and good luck with the new store in East Asheville, if it ever really does open……… We sure are missing the old Urban Burrito, maybe we can get that old owner to come back and teach you how to successfully run a good restaurant, instead of successfully running one into the ground.

Overpriced and Smaller Portions. I use to go in to neo burrito and get a super burrito every time. I might add a little cilantro or pineapple salsa but now if you diverge from the ingredients they charge it by weight which is something like 8.75 per lb. I went there yesterday and decided to just get the exact super burrito with no added ingredients so that it would cost what the menu amounted it to be. My burrito was about 1/2 the size that it use to be and I was still hungry when I left. Back in the day I could get 1 1/2 meals out of one burrito. I will not be going back anytime soon.

Repent and go back to the old menu!. I noticed the other reviews commenting on the new menu. I like the food, but will not be able to justify going any more. The new, by the pound menu, needs to go! I had a salad there the other day and they reduced the amount of salad dressing they provide and wanted to charge me 50 cents for more salad dressing! While not much, it is the prinicpal of the thing. If they want my business again, they need to go back to the old menu.

USED to be a decent place to eat. They recently changed menus so now you can get a burrito the size of a former kids burrito with no substitutions or additions. Didn’t even get the option to choose a different salsa than the basic pico. Compounded by the terrible service (which has been an issue for years), I’ve officially given up and will drive somewhere else in town such as Mamacitas or Urban. So long Neo …

This WAS one of favorite places. Just went in and got the bbq burrito and it cost more tjan before. They wouldn’t let me add to it with having to weight it for a price. Wont go back. There are about ten of us that go two or three times a week and we will not go back. Why break it if its not broken. Too much hassle now. Happening all over Asheville

OMG!!! EXPENSIVE!!!. The food was good, the drinks were better. But holy guacamole the place is expensive. House margarita is roughly $10. The burritos were good, but were about $15 per piece. The atmosphere and service were good, but I am not sure if it is worth the price. You decide.

Disgusting. I just finished eating at your restaurant about an hour ago. It was the worst dining experience I’ve had all year. I ordered a tostada, and a cup of soup. The black beans on the tostada were ice cold, and the soup tasted like it had been made on Monday, then just reheated for the rest of the week. Once I reached the salsa bar, several of the salsa buckets were empty, the area where you return your trays was piled up with dirty dishes, and the tables were dirty. Also, there is quite the strange crew in there; several of the guys looked like they haven’t shaved or showered in days, tattoos all over their body, and they didn’t act professional at all; laughing and cutting up while the customers were eating. This is only about the 2nd time I’ve eaten at the restaurant since it changed owners. When it was Urban Burrito, the food quality was always excellent, and the crew was professional, and hard working.
