My family visited Nightbell in June while on a business trip to Asheville. The small plates were highly creative with perfectly combined and balanced flavors, presenting you with the difficult choice of ordering more of your last item or trying new & exciting flavors of a different menu selection. It’s worth noting that the fried chicken with star anise was hands down the finest fried chicken I’ve ever had. Though we only order one of their cocktails, it too was skillfully crafted. Keep up the fantastic work.
