Great food a fabulous service. Love this restaurant. My family is hooked on the fresh soup and veggie dishes. We find ourselves going several times a week. Service is genuine, quick and caring. Highly recommend it.

Really enjoyed it!!. I was pleased when waiter asked if I would like them to leave out egg in the dish I had ordered with tofu, and was soundly impressed by the food!! Ordered a veggie basil roll with peanut sauce as an appetizer, which was incredible, and tried noodles and a green curry- both were tremendously good! The portions looked reasonable at first, but we wound up taking half of both main dishes home. We were both smitten, and will definitely be back very very soon!

Great Thai Resturant. The wife and myself were traveling back to Illinois and were recommended to Noi’ Thai Kitchen, the various dishes we tried were excellent, The owner, Lenny Dimaio, and his Daughter Bianca were excellent host. We can not wait until we go back to Ashville to enjoy the experience again.

Why did I give it a second try? Horrible experience.. Thai food is my favorite ethic food. I live on the north side and ate here when it first opened. Was thoroughly disappointed and never went back. I decided to try again after a few years for some reason. I regularly drive to Thamarind to get a good thai meal. I order the tom kha chicken soup to start and the Thai seafood salad for my entree. Thai seafood salad is probably my top dishes of all time. It took 20 minutes for the soup. Really? 20 mins for soup? I almost left because it was taking so long. I wished that I had. The soup sucked. After another 15-20 mins the salad finally arrived. I always get a thai seafood salad whenever I eat at a thai place. I’ve never had one quite like this. It was literally hot seafood and stock poured over romaine. Soup on a salad. The seafood was cooked plentiful and cooked well, but execution was a disaster. The flavor was way off too. I’ll never go back and urge others to do the same. Worst dining experience I’ve had in Asheville.

Middle street. Another good Asheville Thai place. The lunch special mussaman was to die for, and at just the right price with a nice setting. Need to do a bussiness lunch in AVL,don’t worry about parkiing, don’t worry about price, don’t worry about being hurried out. This is the place.

Won’t return. The food was not that bad if this were a generic Asian fusion place. I ordered one of my favorites, Yom Nua (spelled differently depending on where you go), and what I got would have been fairly tasty if it had been advertised as simply stir fried beef in chili sauce added to lettuce, which is what it was. And although the beef to lettuce ratio is disappointing (only a few ounces of beef), it was priced as an appetizer so I wasn’t expecting a lot of meat. My problem is that it was listed as Yom Nua and it was not. Yom Nua is made using fresh lime juice to provide the sour element, and ground roasted chilis for the spice…sometimes with ground roasted rice powder, or maybe that makes it official Nom Tok (similar dish). If you just walked in and ordered the Yom Nua and didn’t know how it was supposed to taste, you might say its a tasty lunch, but please don’t disappoint customers like that. Now, in the defense of any restaurant, preparing the roasted (or fried) chilis to give it that certain taste can be difficult, kind of like cooking pepper spray in a pan, if you don’t have proper ventilation…. I understand that, and I’ve seen other restaurants take the same shortcut. If you cook it in bulk, you can spend 30 minutes to cook up enough to serve hundreds of customers, and buy one of those house cleaning masks to keep the pepper from making you cough if needed. Ventilate the area properly for better breathing, or do what I do and cook it outside on a grill. A tiny pinch of properly roasted thai chili goes a very long way, it will last for months. You may even be able to buy it from a supplier. But whatever you do, don’t ever substitute that vinegar chile paste for lime juice and real Yom Nua, it was a major disappointment. The noodle dish we ordered lacked taste as well and was too watery.
