LOVE. I love this damn food truck. If I could get the dude who runs it to park it outside my house, I would. The spring rolls with peanut sauce are amazing. The bn salad is awesome. Every time I’m in Asheville I check out Pho Ya Belly’s facebook to see where its parked. If you love Vietnamese (and even if you don’t) you got to give this place a try.
