South or east?. Apparently the east location is under new ownership and our lunch was very disappointing. Their signature calamari with fried lemons has been changed to be the same overcooked calamari served everywhere else except for the pool of oil left on the plate. Our waiter was very disinterested in our service, backing away as he was asking us a question. Just not the dependable lunch spot we have come to love. Too bad.

Left hungry….. Ordered 3 entrees to go. the food tasted very good but for $75 we were all still hungry… portions way too small and my chicken was obviously anorexic because the breast was small and shriveled… not worth at all…. still hungry…

New Years Special. We had the Special and was it Fantastic! Roasted pork tenderloin with Proscuitto-Sage cream sauce,I had a late lunch, was not very hungry and didn’t leave a morsel !!!!!Great Service too

Dont Waste Your Money!!. The 20 dollar Mahi Mahi tasted like Mahi Mahi from Walmart and the rice tasted like rice stew! You pay a lot of money for bad tasting food. I only ate half of the Mahi filet and couldn’t gobble down the rest.

Wonderful!. Our family of 5 all loved Pomodoros. The food was excellent and the service was extremely friendly. I’m glad we made reservations in advance becuase there wasn’t an open table the entire time we were there. Great place!!! We will definately make the hour drive again and again to eat there.

Good But Pricey. The food here is very good. We regularly take out-of-town guests to Pomodoros for dinner. We have had great service and we have had okay service. The pizza is the best we have found since moving to Asheville 18 months ago. The whole wheat crust is excellent. One downside is the cost, it is a tad bit expensive. Family Pizza Night for a younger family of 4, with pizza, pop and 2 beers was around $80.
