Thankgiving Dinner. Thanksgiving dinner. Would not suggest this location for Thanksgiving dinner. The location is really in the Hotel lobby. Hard to tell where the hotel lobby stops and the restaurant begins. The noise level from the lobby and the lack of intimacy / privacy is kind of a turn off.The meal was in a buffet format. For being such a recommended spot and the price tag being $30 per person the food quality was not there. Food that should have been warm (Turkey, Ham, Stuffing, potatoes, gravy, and Bisque)were all served cool to cold. This meant if you were a white meat lover you have cold and dry meat. Dessert was limited to 3 items (pecan pie, pumkin pie, and bread pudding). Service was good.I have read many different reviews on this location. Most very positive. I have not eaten except this one meal at the location so under normal circumstances the food might truly be better. I would not suggest eating here for a Holiday meal.

Thanksgiving Buffet INCREDIBLE. We were looking for a place close to home to eat Thanksgiving lunch with family. After previewing the menu and the reasonable price we took a chance and made reservations here. The buffet was incredible! Buffet choices were plentiful without being overwhelming. I honestly think we all tried a little bit of everything and every single things we had was delicious. Staff were courteous and accommodating. Our compliments to the chef! This was a definite winner. We will be back next Thanksgiving and will now go for lunch and dinner as well!

Roux is delish!. Always fresh food – with wonderful seasonings and good presentation. The Salmon Sliders are to die for! Not too crowded and a nice atmosphere too – who could ask for more? This place is worth driving to.

Chef Randy rocks!. I’m a regular at Roux. I know some folks never consider a hotel restaurant a destination for a night out, but Roux is different. Chef Randy Dunn and his team go out of their way to serve the freshest ingredients and great vaiety of food at very reasonable prices. He’ll even make you what you want even if it’s not on the menu. I had a yearning for eggs, asparagus and salmon the other day. No questions asked … they did it.

Brunch is great!. I have visited roux a couple times for breakfast and brunch and it is great place to take out of town friends and family. Chef makes omelets, waffles and pancakes to order, along with buffet. You will love the bacon. Don’t miss the chocolate gravy on the weekends.
