Anniversary Experience At The ROUX. Every year we choose to spend our Anniversary at the ROUX. This year Chef Joe with one call made our whole evening complete. He prepared items such as lamb chops, chocolate covered strawberries and added to whatever we requested to complete the atmosphere. The food was excellent. Chef Joe came out and personally made sure everything was up to Roux excellent standards. Our waitress TREI had our favorite bread warm and ready. She is awesome.
