Terrible experience. Malcolm the bartender ruined our night. Very rude and unprofessional to where we felt the need to actually leave the restaurant. Would never come back.
Bad experience. We went there this week after a concert. The food, drinks and service were great. However, we had an incident. Someone from the street walked in and asked for money. We said no money but offered to buy him some food. After the offer, he continued to ask for money and no staff became involved. Then he tried to PICK my pocket and I had to become aggressive, ordering him out of the establishment. Only then did the staff take action. We don’t believe anyone should experience this in someplace they are patronizing. It put a BIG damper on our experience in Asheville.
A Unique Classy Bar. Charlie and Sunil have created a classy bar with a great atmosphere. The service and cocktails are spot on! We recently went in for a few drinks and stayed for a very enjoyable dinner. The rabbit ragu with pappardelle pasta was some of the best italian food we have found in Asheville and Charlie paired it with the perfect wine. If you want a date night wearing a gown or jeans, this is the place to go for great classic drinks and awesome food.
