Opened in Fall, 2015, Taco Billy has established itself as one of the best taco restaurants in town. Its quality and flavor rivals White Duck Taco, but its offering is a bit different what with breakfast selections and a focus on more traditional Mexican and Tex-Mex ingredients. Favorites for breakfast: Mama’s Favorite, Migas. Favorites for lunch: San Cris, Santi, Grandberry. Some tacos are served on delicious house-made plantain tortillas, a signature of the establishment. Very limited seating, so be prepared to dine outside, at a communal table, or do take-out. Friendly service.
