My boyfriend and I, both locals, stopped my here for lunch after an MLK celebration that took place near by. The service was pretty sub-par and the food was standard. We were pleased with the lunch menu which was a smaller version (perfect portion!) of the dinner menu and very affordable. I had the Greek platter and my boyfriend got spaghetti. We walked out only paying $15 for our lunch, which made up for the mediocre Italian/Greek food and slow service.
We recently hosted a wedding rehearsal dinner at Twisted Laurel. The whole experience was outstanding. The event coordinator at this restauranthelped plan the menu and decorations to make this event a memorable one. The food was delicious, the staff was efficient and the upstairs special event room/bar was beautiful. I would highly recommend this establishment to future couples planning a rehearsal dinner.
