Have only tried the Jambalaya but it was awesome!. I used to live in NOLA, and loved the food there, so I’m usually a bit skeptical with places trying to sell New Orleans food. But that Jambalaya was as good (or better) than what I got when I was down there. Moist, full of flavor, and lots of sausage, chicken and pork. The smokiness of the sausage is terrific. And just the right amount of spiciness for me. Will definitely be back soon to try the rest of the menu. How about adding a po’boy to the menu?
